Connor began his hospitality career in Rooms Operations at a Marriott Conference Center after graduating with his baccalaureate in Business Administration from Brigham Young University-Idaho. He then transitioned to the revenue management discipline with Hilton at the Revenue Management Consolidated Center, specializing in extended stay hotels. He was quickly promoted and managed a dynamic portfolio of both select and full service hotels. Connor later shifted to Marriott’s Revenue Management Advisory Services, managing a high performing portfolio of hotels in the Bay Area. With extensive experience in both industry-leading brand systems, he continued his work on the franchise management side of the industry, working for Aimbridge Hospitality. Connor completed his MBA from Western Governors University and currently resides in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He has been featured in articles as an expert in revenue management by hoteltechreport.com and oaky.com. Outside of his work in hospitality, he is passionate about ensuring opportunity for children through quality education and serves on the governing board for the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children.
Cameron began her hospitality career twelve years ago in the Sales & Marketing department of a newly built boutique hotel. Later she worked for Wyndham’s Global Sales Office while attending The University of North Texas where she worked for industry leaders in sales who mentored her and molded her into an exceptional Group Sales Associate. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Cameron switched gears and joined an event venue startup and helped them pre-sell, open, and operate venues across the United States. While working in the events industry she gained invaluable knowledge of running a company from top to bottom and became an expert in contract negotiations, recruiting, and training and development. After climbing the ladder and gaining exposure to the start up’s profit & loss statements, her interest shifted to Revenue Management and she joined Hilton’s Revenue Management Consolidated Center. At Hilton she partnered with 14-16 select service hotels across the United States and Canada, and quickly grew her knowledge of revenue management and the Hilton brand while earning awards for Sellout Efficiency Growth and Outstanding Leadership. Outside of work, you’ll find Cameron spending downtime with her family, friends and her beloved rescue Gunnar.
Victoria began her hospitality journey at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. Throughout her undergraduate career and post graduation, she held multiple management positions within the rooms division, primarily focused in front of house operations at large-scale hotels and resorts. Having successfully gained experience working for a wide range of brands including, Hyatt, Fairmont, Starwood, and Marriott, Victoria transitioned her career behind the scenes to revenue management with Hilton at the Revenue Management Consolidated Center. There she managed a dynamic portfolio of select service hotels across the United States and Canada, including several NASCAR hotels, a beach-front property and a new hotel in downtown Miami. Victoria would later journey into the tech start-up world, working for OTA Insight where she oversees the integrations with various revenue management systems and property management systems. Outside of work, Victoria is currently pursuing her MBA at the McCombs School of Business with the University of Texas.
Tyler started his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car after graduating from Texas A&M University with a business degree.  After becoming a successful manager in Texas, he moved to Pennsylvania where he was responsible for an airport operation and began to understand revenue cycle as the Market Manager. When his wife graduated, they moved back to Texas, where Tyler would transition to a fleet account executive role within Enterprise. After 3 years, Tyler realized that his true passion was for account management and working directly with clients, so he transitioned to the revenue management discipline with Hilton at the Revenue Management Consolidated Center, specializing in select services hotels. He was quickly promoted and managed a dynamic portfolio of team members and hotels, including two of Hiltons top 250 hotels. Tyler currently resides in Dallas, Texas and outside of work, he is passionate about assisting veterans through projects like Boot Campaign, #22Kill, and locally the annual Boot’n & Shoot’n event held at the Dallas Gun Club.

Jon set out to be a leader in the industry from day one. He took an all encompassing approach to learning the business, serving in positions ranging from overnight auditor to general manager in full service, limited service, and extended stay brands. After departing from day to day operations, Jon moved into a hotel support role focused on Revenue Management with Hilton’s Revenue Management Consolidated Center. During that time he helped collaborate with hotels from Napa Valley all the way to Miami Beach to achieve over $1.5million in positive RevPAR impact. After the RMCC, he managed 6 units with a total of over 2700 rooms in the oil and gas industry for an independent company. Jon is passionate about goal achievement through garnered real world experience, foresight, and management alignment.

In his spare time, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs. When she allows him to, he likes to work in his shop crafting or working with cars.
